Liquid Oxygen/Nitrogen/Argon Filling Station
Description:
The liquid oxygen/Nitrogen/Argon is stored in the cryogenic storage tank, the storage tank working pressure is less than 1.6MPa.
During the filling, liquid oxygen/Nitrogen/Argon is sending out by liquid oxygen cryogenic pump. The pump inlet pressure is the working pressure of cryogenic storage tank, and outlet pressure is about 165~200bar (16.5~20 MPa).
The liquid oxygen/Nitrogen/Argon is sending to air ambient vaporizer by cryogenic liquid pump. The liquid oxygen is heating by air and became high pressure gaseous oxygen. The air ambient vaporizer working pressure is designed as 200~350Bar (20~35MPa)
Connect the filling interface with cylinder valve and start filling. The gaseous oxygen is filling into cylinder or small container.
